Sautéed Shrimp with Rice Recipe

While I enjoy shrimp all year, I find myself preparing it more in the summer. This recipe was born one night when I dug through my kitchen in search of something "light, yet substantial" for dinner. This dish fit the bill. I have made it many times since and always play with the ingredients. Sometimes I add more garlic or fresh herbs. Really, anything that sounds good to me in the moment lands in the pan. Experiment with this dish. I'm sure you will make something wonderful! . . .
