Grilled Gluten-Free Margarita Pizza Recipe

Pizza baked in a wood or coal oven is heaven to me. The trouble is, I don't have a wood or coal oven at home. To create a gluten-free pizza with the smoky, ineffable taste of wood oven pizza, I grill my pizza on the barbeque. The technique is fairly simple. Roll your dough very thin.
