Gluten-Free Penne with Fresh Tomatoes Recipe

I find walking into the kitchen after a long day and pulling out a skillet to make a fresh pasta sauce incredibly relaxing. Preparing a simple dinner is my way of reconnecting with my home life after spending all day at work. What I don't want to do is follow another recipe (What do you think I do all day at work!?!) I put on my thick cotton socks and begin pulling this and that out of the cabinets. Olive oil, garlic, olives, tomatoes. Soon, dinner is ready and I have decompressed. I want to stress to you that you don't need to follow this recipe to the letter. The ingredients are only suggestions. Modify this recipe to suit your family's taste.
