Whatever You Want Gluten-Free Bar Recipe

This gluten-free cookie bar recipe is my own creation. I would make the batter and then stir in whatever I wanted, from chocolate chips to dried fruit. Whatever I added to these bars, my family enjoyed. I used to make these bars all year, but during the holidays, I would pack the bars into tins and give them out as gifts. Is there any chance you could make them gluten-free? Susan Anderson New Hampshire

How fun! A recipe you can customize to your own tastes. The bar reminded everyone of a Blondie. We added chocolate chips to one batch and dried cherries to another. Both were a big hit.
