I know, I know, most of our "snack" recipes can be made in less than 10 minutes. This recipe is no exception--sort of. To keep the fat and calories low, this recipe uses yogurt cheese. Yogurt cheese requires draining yogurt for 24 hours prior to use. However, it is so simple to do. Just follow the note below and drain the yogurt a day before you plan to make this dip.
