Really, Really, Really Easy Salsa Dip Recipe
This is one of those recipes that just doesn't look right. Two ingredients? Come on! But it really does work. I use thick and chunky salsa when making this dip, but any variety will work just fine. I'll admit it; this dip is rich. I serve it at parties and always use regular full-fat cream cheese. It's one of those rare indulgences. Hummus Recipe
Here is a confession. I have never eaten this recipe as written below. I am allergic to sesame seeds. Therefore, tahini is a no-no for me. I make this dip without the tahini and think it's divine. My tasters, however, out-voted me. "It needs the tahini!" "Tahini is included in the classical preparation of this dish." Are just two of the quotes from our tasting session. So, here is the dish, complete with tahini. If you are allergic to tahini, like I am, just leave it out of the recipe.
