Navigating life on a special diet presents its own unique challenges and I’m here to help!

Do you have questions about the gluten-free diet that books, blog posts, and videos don’t answer? You aren’t alone! For a long time, folks asked me about private lessons because sometimes in life you just need to talk to someone who understands.

So I created One-to-One with Elizabeth.

Who benefits

*Folks newly diagnosed with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or wheat allergies or anyone new to the gluten-free diet.

*Anyone who has questions about gluten-free baking and cooking.

*”Honorary Gluten-Free Eaters” (aka parents of gluten-free/food allergic kids and/or spouses, loved ones, friends of someone on a gluten-free diet.)   

What You Get

One to one time with me---someone who understands what it’s like to live on a special diet and can answer your cooking and baking questions! Think of it as fun and relaxed “culinary counseling.” We’ll talk about how to stock your kitchen, make grocery shopping easier, how to handle weddings (and pesky family members.) and whatever else you want to chat about. Together we’ll develop a culinary strategy that will help you enjoy and thrive on the gluten-free diet!

If you’ve ever been frustrated by the gluten-free diet, baking, or cooking, these sessions are for you.

Four Sessions $325.00

Four sessions allows us to dig deep and create a plan that works for you!

Suggested Topics for Four Week Session (All sessions can be customized to meet your needs.)

Week One

Taking a Deep Breath.  An overview of going from gluten-filled to gluten-free.


Week Two

How to stock your kitchen. How to Read Labels. Tips for making grocery shopping easier and more enjoyable.

Week Three

Weeknight menu planning for the gluten-free diet. Or “What do I eat when I’m tired and hungry?”

Week Four

Navigating the non-gluten-free world. How to handle eating out in restaurants, attending food-centric events (like weddings), and family parties.
