Gluten-Free Thanksgiving: Last Minute No-Bake Turkey Cookies for Kids

Printer-Friendly Format

Photograph Collen Bosco

November 23, 2011

I know these are late! BUT I had to share these cute cookies with you. Colleen Bosco, a mom of a food allergic (dairy and peanuts) kid, created these cute cookies using a sandwich cookie and Jelly Belly's candy corn. (The candy corn is still around! I checked at the store today.)

To make these cookies, take a Glutino sandwich cookie and press candy corn into the cream filling. For the face, use buttercream to adhere the candy nose and pipe on two eyes. That's it!

Thanks to Colleen for sharing these cute cookies!
