Essential Kitchen Tool: Binder Clips

As you can probably guess, I love kitchen tools that work. And in our kitchen, I keep one tool that's usually found in an office not a kitchen.

Enter: Binder Clips

Oh my gosh. There are so many of these suckers in our kitchen! SO MANY. And they serve one purpose: I use them to keep bags closed. That's it. If you were to poke around my kitchen, you'd find them on open bags of flour, chips, and even in the freezer on bags of gf ravioli and open bags of peas! Honestly, they work better than any kitchen-specific bag clip I've tried. They're cheaper too!

For larger bags I use---wait for it---large binder clips. For small bags, can you guess??, I use….small binder clips. (I don't use the tiny clips. At least not yet!)

What unusual tool can't you live without in your kitchen?
