Elizabeth's Orange and Vanilla Shake

1 cup milk (whole, reduced fat, or dairy-free)
1 cup orange juice
2-4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serves two
Note: Smoothie can be divided between molds for frozen pops.
