About Donna Currie
Donna was born and raised and well-fed in the Chicago area, where she developed a love for interesting ingredients. When she moved to Colorado, she suffered from a lack of Chicago-style Italian sausage, gyros, and pierogi, among other things. So of course, she made her own – and then went on a mission to make as many things as possible from scratch – at least once.
She writes the bread baking, knead the book, and gadget column for SeriousEats.com. Visit her at Cookistry.com. (More about Donna)
Healthy Breakfasts with Kim Bouldin
Tips from Kim:
- Find gluten-free breakfast foods you enjoy. Think outside the traditional “breakfast” offerings. Foods like quinoa, fish, pizza, and pasta can be enjoyed at breakfast.
- Try gluten-free protein bars. New brands are always coming into the market.
- Make batches of pancakes or waffles and freeze or store in the refrigerator. Heat in microwave for an easy meal-on-the-go.
Kim is a gluten-free wife, runner & blogger with two children in Columbus, Ohio. She's been living gluten-free since 2006. (More about Kim)
