These graham crackers aren't too sweet. Making them a nice treat for anytime of the day.
6.25 ounces (1 1/2 cups) brown rice flour
2.5 ounces (1/3 cup) dark brown sugar
1 ounce (1/4 cup) tapioca starch
0.75 ounce (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons cold butter
6 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons light corn syrup or honey
Granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
