Gluten-Free Granola Recipe

|Description: ||Do you miss granola? This easy to make granola is perfect for breakfast or a snack. I like to take it with me in the summer time on long walks. I think you will enjoy it. Just be sure to use quinoa flakes, not quinoa flour!|
||4 cups quinoa flakes|
1 1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
||1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.|
2.Toss together all ingredients except raisins/cranberries.
3.Spread mixture evenly over baking sheet and bake, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown.
4.Remove pan from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
5.When cool, stir in raisins/dried cranberries.
6.Store in an airtight container.
