Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppadew Recipe

More of a guide than a recipe, here's how to stuff peppadew peppers.

What you'll need:

Sweet Peppadew Peppers, 2-3 per person

Soft Cheese, at room temperature (goat cheese, cream cheese, boursin would all work well.)

  1. Scoop some cheese onto the handle of a spoon.
  2. Slide cheese into pepper's cavity. Repeat.
  3. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
