REVIEW: Better Than Bouillon

Better Than Bouillon
I can't believe I haven't recommended this product to you sooner! Readers are always asking me about gluten-free bouillon and I always recommend "Better Than Bouillon." Why? Let me tell you.
First, I need to be honest and tell you that I don't use bouillon very much. But when I do, I want it to bring some flavor to the dish, not just salt. This is where "Better Than Bouillon" excels. It actually has flavor. Nice, well rounded flavor. It doesn't taste "fake" or "chemically" like so many bouillons do.
In addition to its great flavor, I like how easy it is to use. Just spoon it into boiling water and go. You don't need to worry about finding an undissolved "chunk" of bouillon in your supper.
There are two drawbacks to this product. 1. Like any bouillon it is very high in sodium. 2. The reduced sodium "Better Than Bouillon" is not gluten-free. So be sure to avoid the reduced sodium line.
Summary: A + Better than Bouillon Really delivers! Be sure to avoid the reduced sodium products as they are not gluten-free.
