Do you use a slow cooker? For a long time, I didn't. Then my friend Carrie Forbes (You might know her as "Ginger Lemon Girl") wrote "The Everything Slow Cooker Cookbook."
I read her book...and dusted off my slow cooker.
Carrie filled her book with flavorful recipes that I had no idea you could make in a slow cooker! She shares recipes for gluten-free bread, rolls(!), desserts and, of course, lots of main courses.
And during the busy holiday season, wouldn't some delicious crock pot recipes be welcome in your kitchen?
