Sweet and Soup Radish Relish Recipe

Recipe adapted from From Scratch Club "Radish Relish" 3/4 cups apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon dill weed 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon mustard about 3/4 pound radishes (about 12 or so radishes), washed, trimmed, and grated 1 small onion, peeled and grated Remove from pan and allow to cool. Chill overnight before serving. Although this recipe was modified from a recipe that could be canned, my version should NOT be canned. |
