Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwiches
We've replaced the traditional chocolate cookie with a luscious strawberry cookie. This new twist on a classic ice cream sandwich is divine. And, these ice cream sandwiches scream cute! Why? They're pink! Can you imagine? Pink ice cream sandwiches! Not only are the adorable, they taste fantastic. The only problem I have with these sandwiches is what to put between the cookies! I love the flavor of strawberries and cream, so, I usually use vanilla ice cream. Unless I am in the mood for strawberries and chocolate, then I use chocolate ice cream.
