Garlic Muffins
I know some readers don't like baking yeast breads. That's fine! We all have different comfort zones in the kitchen. These garlic muffins were created for these folks. They replace dinner rolls quite nicely. While developing the recipe, however, a funny thing happened. Everyone, including those of us who bake bread weekly, loved these muffins.
